Allgier Real Estate is the portfolio of properties owned by Todd and Kathy Allgier.  We own and operate multi-family properties and are dedicated to providing great apartment homes for people looking to move into the Washington DC metro area, inside the beltway in Maryland or Virginia. Todd has more than two decades of professional real estate experience working in the multi-family apartment industry. He knows what prospective residents are looking for in an apartment as well as how to deliver a high touch experience.

How do we provide such wonderful apartments and living experiences to the residents in our properties? Todd purchases, renovates, rents, and personally manages each and every one of the properties in our portfolio. He has a simple but effective philosophy that helps him maintain focus. Todd only buys properties that he would want to live in himself and he treats people the way that he wants to be treated.

After spending more than two decades working in the high-rise, multi-family residential industry, Todd decided to build his own real estate portfolio based on creating high-quality properties and providing impressive customer service. With a passion for getting into the details and ensuring our residents have a positive rental experience, he knows that the properties we offer are just what a discerning and detail oriented person is looking for in the Washington, DC metro area.  Kathy Allgier has spent her career in the commercial real estate sector, and supports Todd in the overall operation of their business.
